Social Groups Skills

We offer social groups (based on availability) if we have more than one child of relatively close skill level and chronological age that needs to practice social skills. Social groups teach children a variety of skills, such as waiting, turn taking, sharing, understanding emotions and group play.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Our individual one-on-one sessions are designed for children showing some minor delays and deficits. The sessions are scheduled for a minimum of 3 sessions/week and are specifically tailored to meet the areas of deficit. The ABA Intensive Program is designed to meet the needs of children showing profound delay in comparison to their chronological age. The program consists of 10 therapy sessions/week (as recommended by research) focusing on foundational learning skills, including but not limited to: communication, playing, and basic cognitive skills. The intensity allows children more time to practice the skills they need as opposed to individual sessions. The ABA service includes focused sub-services such as:

Pediatric Consultation

Our Pediatric Consultation Service aims to provide comprehensive healthcare including clinical assessment and diagnosis for infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on their physical, mental, emotional, and developmental well-being. Child Psychotherapy

Child psychotherapy is a specialized form of mental health treatment that involves a trained therapist working with children to address emotional and behavioral challenges. Through various therapeutic approaches, such as play therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy, the goal is to help children express themselves, develop coping skills, and improve their emotional well-being.

Speech Therapy

Interpersonal psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on relieving symptoms by improving interpersonal functioning. It addresses current problems and relationships rather than childhood or developmental issues.

Learning Difficulties

Treatment often involves a personalized approach for each child. It can include multimodal teaching that utilizes the five senses. For example, a recommended treatment for dyslexia involves: focusing on the sounds that letters make.
